I've decided to make a collection of recipes - the criteria for each recipe being: Yumm, that sounds good!! - which I plan to test one by one. You can find all of the review I've made so far in my blog. Every week (or so) I will choose one of the recipes to cook at home.

I like recipes that are easy to make and don't require too many strange and exotic ingredients. If you have any ideas of things I could cook that fit that description, please enter them on the form on the right. I can't promise that I'll add all of the recipes to my collection but I'll send you some "good vibrations" via bmail (a.k.a. brain mail - The Simpsons, season 23, episode 9) and if I do publish your recipe, I'll give you full credit.

I am a HUGE (really, really huge!) fan of lasagna. I've tried it in several variations including "normal", spinach, vegetables, and I'm very curious to find out whether the Chicken Lasagna recipe tastes as good as I imagine it!

The Simplest Recipe

On my quest to find the simplest recipes, this one, so far, is my favorite: All you need are boneless chicken breasts (however many you want) and lemon, pepper, and olive oil.
